Over the course of 19 years at Harley-Davidson Financial Services, I've grown from Rider Services through Underwriting and into Dealer Operations Support, a journey that reflects my commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and a genuine drive to do the work well.

I'm known for leaning into challenges rather than around them. When a problem surfaces, whether it's a dealer system issue, a process gap, or a team member who needs support, I take ownership and work collaboratively to find meaningful solutions that drive real results.

My partnerships with FICs and dealers have always been built on trust. I care about helping the people I work with succeed, and I show up every day committed to being a resource they can count on. That same investment extends to my teammates. I've consistently coached, mentored, and contributed to a team culture where people feel supported and empowered to grow.

Now, after nearly two decades in financial services, I'm ready to bring that same energy, experience, and approach to a new chapter, ideally within the automotive industry where dealer relationships are at the center of everything.
